Hi all.
I have a question. In the next few days I'm going to be adding my music to my android. My question is is there a default music player in android, or would I have to download one? I saw something called play music in the apps section of my phone and not any of the home screens. I thought that it was something to purchase music. Thank you,
Leslie

Update. I figured it out. I used google now and asked it to play music, and it opened Play music and I was able to shuffle my music as I would've done if I was using my old iPhone. pretty much I figured it out. I'm sorry for wasting board space.

Oh, welcome to android from a old user who has been in android sense explore by touch did not exist here. Heck if you were to paint me or "starfly" I would have crap on a t-shirt by IOS users from here.

I use the Telorion music app on my Android phone and some great things about it are that you can make it stop playing if you go out of the app, and that it fades down so you can hear the speech. It has shuffling capability too, which is useful. I find going down the track list, rather than the artist or album list easier when I'm looking for a song. If you like part of a sing, you can move back by pressing 6 or forward by 0ressing 9.

I treat it like my old MP3 player, in that I put a few songs on there to listen on train journeys. However, having the speech means I can find the song I want quicker.
